Chatham Harbor 10K Run

Come run the Chatham Harbor Run Road Race course in a relaxed atmosphere.  Run hard, run fast, run your pace, or run for fun!  Neither rain, sleet, snow, nor gloom of night will stop these runners!!


Group Run/Track Workouts

Join us at the Nauset Regional Middle School track for a loosely structured session of drills and strength.  All ages and abilities welcomed.


Harwich Ramble

Brooks Park, Harwich Center, MA



Run an easy 8 miles through and about Harwich Center.  Pace is usually slow and relaxed but feel free to run as fast as you wish.  Don't forget your reflective vest!


Hanlon's 5M


6:00 PM (5:30 PM in winter)
Main Street, Hyannis, MA



This event has been run every Friday, undeterred by hurricanes, blizzards, power failures, or earthquakes. There are between 10 and 20 runners every week, and the top five men and women get their names listed in the Cape Cod Times the next day.


EMS Sock Run

Rt. 132, Hyannis, MA

Free socks for every 3 runs! Run through the woods of Hathaways Pond Trail system. Dirt paths begin & end on pavement – 3 to 5 miles at a moderate pace. All abilities welcome. Trails overlay the Barnstable High Cross Country team course. For more information, contact E0026st@ems.com 508/362-8690


Group Fun Runs

Runners of all abilities are invited to join in on these group training runs. You can run long or short, fast or slow. What better way to train for Boston? Stay for bagels and drinks after the run. For more information, contact ccac@capecodathleticclub.org.


  1. Most people opt for semi-formal – a few pull out all the stops although I don’t think we’ve logged any tuxedos recently – but we’ll tolerate just about anything :-). See you there!

  2. The track workouts are on a temporary hold but there is still a group that meets regularly at the gym and runs the bike path or local neighborhoods. Keep in mind that it’s time for lights and reflective vests, especially after the time change on 7 November.
