Just wanted to remind you that the Allen Mello NH 10 Miler is on Sunday and is the 5th event in the USATF-NE Grand Prix series! Event and registration info can be found at: http://www.millenniumrunning.com/newhampshire10 As always, the grand prix information and team and individual standings can be found: http://newengland.usatf.org/Sports/Road-Running.aspx
We also wanted to pass along a note from Louis Serafini and Tracksmith about their upcoming mile on Newbury Street this Sunday. The downhill last mile on Saturday will prep you for this event!
I’m excited to invite you all back for the 3rd Annual Trackhouse Mile (A road mile on Newbury Street). This year’s race is on 8/25 and as always will feature a club challenge with a cash prize. This year the winning club will take home $200.
If you are interested in entering a 4some (2 men 2 women) please reply to this email and I will send you 4 comp’d entries!
We lowered the entry cost this year to $10 so if you would be so kind, please share this sign-up – trackhousemile.racewire.com with the rest of your running club. After the race is over we’ll have a big after party at The Trackhouse.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hope all is well…
Gift card prizes for the Top 3 Men and Women ($300, $200, $100) and cash prizes for the top team (team of 2 men and 2 women).
King and Queen of the Kick
The mile requires a knack for racing tactics. And often that means a perfectly timed kick. The Trackhouse Mile will reward the male and female runners who lay down the fastest last quarter with the title King and Queen of the Kick. So race accordingly.
