Fall Youth Training Group

We are putting together a training group geared for runners preparing for cross country this fall.    (It is so much more fun and motivational to train with others!)  All ages are welcome to be part of this (even if you are not on a cross country team).

In addition to the Brant Point run on Tuesday, runners would meet on Thursday for a speed work out and on Sunday for a longer run (5 – 6 miles).  Meeting times are somewhat flexible depending on what the athletes prefer (but will generally be during the morning)

We have a high school coach who has generously offered to volunteer her time to guide the workouts.
